Life Transitions - Walking each other home - December 14th 2:00 pm till 5:00 pm Following on the success of our August event earlier this year, we are pleased to announce another Elderhood Community Roundtable event at Funeral Alternatives of Washington, the same venue as last time. We will have local professionals with organizations in the community supporting aging and end of life services giving 10 minute presentations and handing out additional information at their tables.
